Fee Schedule

2011 Fee Schedule

Client must provide project plans, specifications and soils information.

Design and analysis charges are $.50 per square foot

Minimum design charge is $750

Additional services such as sites visits, site inspections, construction meeting will be charged on a time basis with minimum charge of $250

Hourly billing rate is $150/hour

Mileage for site visits is charged at $2.50 per mile for round trip

Design work will begin upon the receipt of a "Scope of Work" agreement.
